This Diploma is divided into Three Modules

Royal Icing
Sugar Flowers
Diplomas will be awarded on full completion of each Module with an acceptable standard being achieved.
The time duration for each Module is a minimum of 25 hours plus a small amount of homework will be required.
(please note that full tutorial time must be completed to be eligible for the award)
Each Module is a completely separate course and it is not essential to complete allThree Modules.
If all Three Modules are completed you will receive a Masters Certificate.
The courses have been designed specifically for anyone wanting to sell cakes to Friends and Family, or as a commercial business. You will learn a combination of Basic Techniques and Creative Styling, along with a Proffessional Business Approach. You wil learn and understand the tricks of the trade, Pricing guidlines and Business Essentials and Requirements.

A full list of tools will be provided when the course is booked. (These are essential to the course and you will be required to bring them to all Lessons)
A 10% discount is offered to all Students on the cost of the tools required for the course, and for the duration of the course.
A 50% Non-Refundable Deposit will be required at the time of Booking to secure your place.
