This course is mainly for beginners, but if you just wish to brush up your skills and go back to basics, this is the class for you.
Learn how to torte, fill and ice your own cake to achieve a professional, smooth finish.
Learn the technique of Crimping, and the use of various cutters to achieve your finished cake.
We supply everything you need to decorate your cake and even the box to take it home.
You need to bring an 8” round sponge cake, an apron and your enthusiasm.
