Terms and Conditions

Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of placing the order with the balance due on collection, or if being delivered 2 weeks prior to the celebration.

Methods of Payment

Methods of payment accepted are cash or cheques with a valid guarantee card only. Cheques made payable to CAKE DESIGN.

Alteration Orders

Any alteration to the original order must be confirmed in writing and may be subject to an additional charge.
Late amendments to orders are often possible and every effort will be made to accommodate changes, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation any work already completed is chargeable.

Taking Delivery

When taking delivery of your order you will be required to sign a form saying the goods have been received in perfect order. If the order is to be delivered and set up at a venue ie Hotel, CAKE DESIGN will require a signature from someone at the venue once delivery and/or set up has been completed. Please let your venue co-ordinator know. Once the order has been signed for CAKE DESIGN will no longer be responsible in the event of accident, damage etc from a third party.
